Do you enjoy being creative and want to make a stand for democracy? Then you’re warmly invited to our CraftDate on 16 September 2026 to mark International Democracy Day.
From 6 pm to 10 pm, we’ll be gluing, painting and printing in our exhibition space. Whether you’re working on your next protest sign or simply want to chat about issues close to your heart whilst knitting together – everyone is welcome!
For anyone who doesn’t want to bring their own craft projects, we’ve prepared a few options. If you’d like, you can decorate fabric bags using screen printing or design bracelets with democratic messages.
Snacks and drinks will be provided.
